• Memo: Clearance of Outstanding Fees and Payment Arrangements for the November 2026 Examinations

      The Finance Department wishes to inform all students that, in preparation for the November 2026 examinations, all outstanding tuition and other applicable fees must be addressed through payment or an approved payment arrangement withing the stipulated period.

      All students are urged to visit the Finance Office from Monday, 26 October 2026, to Friday 30 October, between 08h00 and 17h00, to regularise their accounts and ensure compliance with the College's examination requirements.

      The deadline for making payment arrangements is Friday, 30 October 2026, at 14h00. No late arrangements will be entertained after this deadline.

      Greetings to all of you. I do hope you are all doing well. This memo serves to inform all of you about the Instructional Approach Oral Exams. Please note that the examination will be conducted from the 19th October to the 30th October 2026. Those students at the branches will do the Oral Examination there, however you will need to have data and a laptop for internet services. If you do not have the above mentioned you will be expected to come to do your presentation in Windhoek main branch.
